Sara is an senior clinical psychologist with diverse experience in providing evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents, and their families. She has a strong foundation in attachment theory, developmental disorders, and childhood trauma, cultivated through her academic training and practical work. Sara is dedicated to delivering child-centered counseling services, integrating play and creative arts therapies to support young clients in a meaningful and engaging manner.
Sara is also skilled in the administration and interpretation of cognitive and developmental assessments, using these tools to guide tailored interventions and support strategies for individuals and families.
In addition to her work with children and adolescents, Sara has experience supporting adults in navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief, and loss. She is trained in several therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy and Narrative based approaches along with other core Cognitive Behaviour frameworks owing her to adapt her approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
