With a background in both psychology and law, Clare brings a unique perspective to therapy. She has experience working with neurodivergent individuals, trauma survivors, and those facing significant life transitions. Clare believes that therapy should be a safe and empowering space, where clients feel truly seen and understood.

“I believe clients present to therapy with strengths and capacities to progress to a place where they feel they are thriving in life. My job is just to provide a safe place for them to process what is going on, and to support them and provide education and guidance where helpful. I also believe that a significant part of the efficacy of therapy comes from the therapeutic relationship- when the client feels seen, understood, empowered, and in charge of their own therapeutic journey, we have a great foundation for amazing things to happen.”
